McMann joins ReadyCap Lending with twenty years of experience in SBA lending. Throughout his loan origination career, McMann has consistently been a top producer, financing over $400 million in loans. He has been recognized as a top SBA loan producer in both the Colorado and California markets during his career. Most recently, he served as Vice President/SBA Business Development Officer at US Bank, where he won the highly sought after "Annual Pinnace" award two consecutive years for the top four SBA BDOs in the country. McMann has also been an active member in the SIOR, NAIOP and CABI networking groups in Colorado. His ability to manage and evaluate risks as well as successfully produce quality SBA loan transactions are beneficial to ReadyCap's clients, which include commercial brokers, bankers, referral partners and business owners.
RAY DREW, Vice President, Business Development Officer, South Florida
Before joining ReadyCap Lending, Ray was a Vice President and SBA Loan Specialist for HomeBanc NA in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was also a client advisor for Mercantile Capital Corporation, where he provided SBA 504 loans for commercial real estate acquisitions, construction projects, and refinancing to small businesses nationwide. Ray received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida. He proudly serves on the board of the Board of Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, an organization dedicated to providing education, networking, and promotes awareness of Government Guaranteed Lending Programs for the small business community.
DENISE CLEMENCE, Business Development Officer, Tampa
Denise Clemence joins ReadyCap Lending with more than 13 years of experience in dedicated SBA lending. Her ability to work with business owners in preparation of a complete loan package has given her the ability to fund over $100 million towards the success of small business operators. The ability to manage and evaluate risks is beneficial to ReadyCap’s clients, which include commercial brokers, bankers, referral partners and business owners. Throughout Denise’s career she has been recognized as an influential member of the community through her continued involvement in CREW Tampa Bay, Small Business Resource Network, Leadership Tampa Bay and many more as well as serves on the Governor’s Florida Emergency Bridge Loan Review Committee.
DON SPRINGER, Senior Business Development Officer, North Carolina
Don joins ReadyCap Lending with more than 16 years of banking and commercial lending experience. His ability to manage and evaluate transactions as well as successfully oversee the loan process from start to finish will be a big benefit to ReadyCap’s clients, which include commercial brokers, bankers, various referral partners and business owners. Throughout his loan origination career, Springer has consistently been a top producer, maintaining active and continual partnerships with his clients and referral sources. Most recently, he served as Market President and SBA Business Development Officer at North State Bank, where he worked with business owners across the Southeast USA. Springer aims to expand ReadyCap’s market presence in the Southeast. .
CHAD KEEFER, Business Development Officer, South Carolina
Chad comes to ReadyCap with more than a decade of lending experience, the majority of which has been focused in SBA and government-guaranteed lending programs. He has extensive experience and knowledge in financial products and lending, previously working in business development roles for Wachovia Bank, BCI Lending, and TD Bank. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He has lived and worked in South Carolina since 2002.
BILL LUCKINBILL, Business Development Officer, Phoenix & Veterans Community Development
Bill works closely with the SBA to develop ReadyCap Lending's outreach program to veteran small business owners and entrepreneurs in communities across the country. He has over 24 years of comprehensive lending experience, especially in the government-guaranteed arena. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, Bill served as Vice President for Titan Bank in Arizona. He has deep experience and knowledge in SBA and USDA lending programs, having worked in business development, underwriting and management roles for The Money Store Investment Corp., Transamerica Small Business Lending, Compass Bank and Mountain America Credit Union. Bill received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago. Originally from the Midwest, he has lived and worked in Arizona for more than 17 years.
ANDREW SIMON, Business Development Officer, Southern California
Andrew comes to ReadyCap with more than 8 years of direct lending experience. Prior to joining ReadyCap, Andrew served as Business Development Officer at Crossroads Small Business Solutions, where he originated SBA 7(a) loans concentrated in the transportation, manufacturing, and business services industries. Andrew has consistently been a high producer, delivering excellent results through traditional of out of the box methods for clients, including commercial brokers, bankers, referral partners and business owners.
BRIAN MCCLENDON, Business Development Officer, San Diego
Brian J. McClendon joins ReadyCap Lending with more than 27 years of experience in direct SBA/commercial lending. He specializes in providing 90% SBA financing for owner-user building purchase and business acquisition financing. Over the years, McClendon has amassed a referral network consisting of commercial real estate brokers, business brokers, bankers, among others.
CLIFF TAYLOR- Senior Vice President, Managing Business Development Officer, Northern California
Cliff Taylor has over 30 years of comprehensive lending experience, extensively in the SBA arena. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, LLC, Taylor served as Vice President for Umpqua Bank in California. Taylor has extensive experience and knowledge in lending, notably with complex SBA transactions and special use property. In the past, he has worked in business development and management roles for Borrego Springs Bank, Temecula Valley Bank, Comerica / Imperial Bank and Truckee River Bank. Taylor received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and has lived and worked in Northern California for over 30 years.
J.P. SWIFT- Senior Vice President, Managing Business Development Officer, Irvine
Mr. Swift comes to ReadyCap Lending with over 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, Mr. Swift served as Vice President / SBA Business Development Officer at US Bank and consistently ranked among top loan producers nationally for the third largest SBA lender. Mr. Swift also received company’s Pinnacle Award for both 2014 and 2015. He previously was a Senior Vice President at Commerce National Bank, tasked with launching the SBA department, successfully growing it $35 million in production. Mr. Swift received his degree in Finance from Florida State University. He additionally completed a Management Associate Program at Barnett Bank (acquired by Bank of America), a two year training program that along with other aspects of the banking industry, focused on analyzing various business and industries to determine creditworthiness.
DAVID MATRISCIANO - Vice President, Business Development Officer, NY Metro
Mr. Matrisciano comes to ReadyCap Lending with over 35 years of comprehensive lending experience in commercial real estate lending and SBA financing. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, Mr. Matrisciano served as Vice President for the SBA Division of Financial Resources Federal Credit Union and contributed to the company’s success, receiving the honors of SBA Lender of the Year Award in 2013, 2014 and 2015. He has extensive experience and knowledge in financial products and lending, and worked in business development and management roles for TD Bank, GE Capital, Union Center National Bank, City Federal Savings Bank and The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mr. Matrisciano received his degree in Political Science from CCM. He has credit training from GE Capital and American Institute of Banking, and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from GE.
ABBY PENA - Sales Assistant
Ms. Pena comes to ReadyCap Lending with over 15 years of comprehensive sales support and customer service experience.
Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending Ms. Pena served as a Financial Aid Representative at Lincoln Technical Institute where she achieved great success in processing and properly aiding student in submitting documents and information to acquire Financial Aid. Furthermore, Ms. Pena served as a Sales Support Specialist for Anheuser-Busch Sales of NJ where she successfully aided in the opening of North Jersey’s largest liquor retail space by developing marketing & placement strategies therefore increasing sales significantly. Ms. Pena received her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Monmouth University.
RACHEL KESSLER - Business Development Associate
Rachel joined ReadyCap as a Business Development Associate with an office in our Chico, California business center. Rachel has extensive experience in just about every aspect of the SBA production process including time spent as an escrow agent assistant, Senior Loan processor and SBA Credit Analyst and has a proven record of improving efficiencies and facilitating production throughout the life cycle of a transaction. Rachel earned her BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a MBA from California State University.
TYLER HEGEMANN - Business Development Associate
Tyler Hegemann will be Joining ReadyCap Lending as a Business Development Associate. With over seven years of lending experience, four of those being in SBA, he has developed a great working knowledge of the SBA 7a and 504 loan programs and processes. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending Tyler was a Senior Business Development Associate for US Bank’s SBA Division where hesupported some of the bank’s top producers, two of which received Pinnacle awards two years in a row. Tyler has over 10 years of banking experience in both credit, sales and private banking.
ESTHER SALAZAR - Business Development Associate
Ms. Salazar comes to ReadyCap Lending with 40 years of sales and customer service experience. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, Ms. Salazar served seven years at Newtek Business services as an AVP Loan Processor where she obtained knowledge in SBA loan documentation. She also worked thirty-three years in banking, of which eighteen years were at Wells Fargo Bank N.A as a Personal Bankr II where she helped her clients succeed financially with outstanding customer service and support.
CAROL ANN SELLERS - Business Development Associate
Carol Ann Sellers joins ReadyCap with over eighteen years of banking experience including fourteen years with Yadkin Bank and most recently with Georgia Banking Company. During her career, Carol Ann spent time as a loan processor, loan analyst, loan officer, special assets officer, and business development associate. Carol Ann has several degrees and certificates including BA in literature from UNC Wilmington and a Graduate Degree of Banking from Louisiana State University.
CORA PANOS - Business Development Associate
Cora Panos joins ReadyCap with several years of SBA practice and nearly 2 decades of customer service experience. Coming from a family that owns and operates two small businesses, she understands the rewards and the hardships of being a small business owner. That is why her goal is to create an easy and exceptional SBA loan process for her customers. By streamlining communication, being hands on with her borrowers, and helping them navigate the SBA loan process, she not only accelerates the application process, but ensures her customers are educated about their SBA loan. Prior to joining ReadyCap Lending, Cora worked as a Sales Assistant and Office Coordinator for Yadkin Bank (now FNB). She also worked as a desktop appraiser for SiteTech Systems where she evaluated residential and commercial real estate. For almost 2 decades she worked at her family-owned restaurants located along the Grand Strand in South Carolina. Cora received her
B.A. in Economics and minored in Spanish studies.
